- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles, ideally in IT or managed services.
- Solid grasp of IT solutions and proven ability to align these solutions with clients' business needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset, analytical problem-solving skills, and proactive in identifying and addressing client needs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for client visits.
- Experience with CRM and sales automation software.
- Professional certifications in sales, account management, or IT.
